Steps to prepare fresh & tasty food
Prepare

Couscous

1. Heat the non-stick pan on medium flame for 30 seconds using a medium-sized burner

2. Pour half of the olive oil into the pan and heat on medium flame for about 20 seconds

3. Add garlic & sauté till light brown. Add onions, celery and leek mix. Sauté till golden brown

4. Add chopped bell peppers. Sauté for 1 minutes till all the ingredients mix well

5. Add couscous and stir for 1 minute

6. Add 1 full measure of water (using measure provided), salt & white pepper. Simmer for about 2-3 minutes till the water gets absorbed & all the ingredients blend well. Transfer to a small bowl.

Vegetable Skewers

1. Heat the non-stick pan on high flame for 30 seconds using a medium-sized burner

2. Pour the remaining olive oil into the pan and heat for about 20 seconds

3. Put marinated vegetable skewers into the pan and roast till light brown

Plate

1. Turn the couscous bowl upside down on the serving platter on one side of the platter. Remove the bowl

2. Place the marinated skewers on the side of couscous

3. Serve with Red Pepper Coulis Enjoy!
