The eldest kid is a Senior HR manager at Raheja, the second one is a Doctor at HN Hospital, the third is a PHD in Artificial Intelligence and professor at Hrutgers in USA and the youngest recently quit his 4.5 year Google Career. So clearly she had her hands full raising them.. but now they've all moved out, except for the youngest, Munaf.
Little did she know that she was the motivation behind her son Munaf, quitting his comfortable Google Job. Munaf could'nt ignore his moms cooking skills.. whenever he took food to his office or invited friends over.. the praise was like a waterfall that finally after a very long time opened his eyes to the potential that his mom has.
In fact he with his moms permission started inviting guests home and charging them a fee under the guise of 'The Bohri Kitchen'. Every weekend they would send out an email to a few in Munafs network and invite them for a Bohri feast the next weekend.
Nafisa's food was soo appreciated ""Aunty you have magic in your hands!"" that in a very short period of time she found herself being spoken and written about in news papers, magazines, television and radio. What really intrigued the Press was how Nafisa has absolutely no professional training of any kind.. these are skills she has picked up from her mother in law and simply her love for cooking and feeding people thats lead to the home-grown success of The Bohri Kitchen.
