Steps to prepare fresh & tasty food
Prepare

1. Heat the non-stick pan on a high flame for 30 seconds using a medium sized burner

2. Add butter in the pan and heat on a high flame for about for about 20 seconds

3. Add garlic and blanched vegetable mix. Add water (using measure provided)

4. Add salt and pepper, sauté and toss for about 2 minutes

5. Empty the vegetables into the microwave safe dish. Wash the pan

6. Heat the washed pan on a high flame for about 30 seconds

7. Warm the baked potatoes in the pan for about 2-3 minutes. Keep aside in a bowl. Wipe the pan

8. Heat the pan on a high flame for about 30 seconds

9. Pour olive oil into the pan and heat on a high flame for about 30 seconds

10. Put the rosemary herbed chicken into the pan. Reduce the flame to medium. Poke the chicken breast using a knife

11. Sear the chicken for about 3-4 minutes.Flip when the upper side turns white and the lower side turns golden brown

12. Sear the other side in the same way

13. Add white wine and water (using measure provided). Cook for about 1 minute

14. Take out the chicken and move to a quarter plate

15. Add roux to the remaining stock. Mix well till it becomes a sauce (Tip: Don’t make it too thick)

16. Microwave sautéed vegetables for 30 seconds

17.Place the baked potatoes in the center of the serving platter

18. Layer the chicken over the bed of potatoes

19. Pour the sauce over the chicken

20. Serve the sautéed vegetables on the side

21. Garnish your special dish with parsley
